The Hotel at Midtown is just three blocks from the Kennedy Expressway and five miles from the Chicago Loop. The Hotel at Midtown offers free parking with unlimited in-and-out privileges in our secure, covered garage. As you approach Midtown, you'll see the parking entrance just to the left of the Michael's storefront.
Getting To Midtown by from O'Hare
The Hotel at Midtown is 13 miles from O'Hare International Airport. Depending on the time of day, traffic on the Kennedy Expressway can differ greatly, and travel times can vary from 20 minutes to an hour.
Hail a Cab
You'll have no trouble finding a taxi outside the baggage claim at ORD. Depending on traffic, one-way fare from the airport to The Hotel at Midtown will cost around $35.00.
Call a Rideshare
Uber and Lyft are the most commonly-used rideshare apps in Chicago and offer service from O'Hare. On average, a ride to the hotel will cost you between $30.00 and $40.00.
Take the L from ORD
The CTA Blue Line begins in O'Hare International Airport and will bring you about a mile from The Hotel at Midtown.
- Board the Blue Line at ORD towards Forest Park (or UIC)
- Get off the train at the California stop
- Hop on the 74 Fullerton bus toward Halsted or call an Uber or Lyft, which are plentiful in the area.
CTA fare can be purchased at the Blue Line turnstile for $5.00, and the Ventra kiosks accept both cash and credit.
